Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the "http server" app ("we", "our", "app") handles information.

Information We Collect

We do not collect or send any personal data to our servers. The app does not use analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs, and has no sign-up or account.

Permissions and Local Data

The app requires these permissions, used strictly for technical purposes:

• INTERNET Runs the web server on your device and connects to the services you choose to turn on (public tunnel, AI provider).
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE Shows your device address on the current network so you can open your site from another device.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE Keeps the server running while you use other apps. It runs only after you tap Start.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS Shows a notification, with a Stop action, while the server is active.
• WAKE_LOCK Keeps the server reachable while the screen is off.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED Starts the server after the phone restarts, only if you enable "start on boot".

Files You Choose

When you import a website, use the file manager, receive files over Wi-Fi or mirror your site folder, the app reads or writes only the files and folders you select, inside the app's storage or the location you pick. These files are not uploaded to us.

Local Network Access

While the server is running, devices on the same network can open the sites and files you host. This traffic goes directly between those devices and your phone and is not sent to us. Access logs shown in the live console are stored on your device only.

Public Tunnels (optional)

If you turn on a public tunnel, visitors reach your phone through a third-party tunnel provider (Cloudflare or Pinggy). Requests to your site pass through that provider's network, which may process technical data such as IP addresses under its own privacy policy. We do not receive this data. Anyone with the public link can open what you serve, so share it carefully.

Cloud Share

Files you share with Cloud Share are served directly from your phone. Files that visitors upload are saved on your device. Visitor details shown in the monitor, such as device type and connection time, are displayed only to you and are not sent anywhere else.

AI Website Builder (optional)

If you use the AI builder, the prompts you write and the project context needed for the task are sent to the AI provider whose API key you enter (Anthropic or Google Gemini) and are processed under that provider's terms and privacy policy. Your API key is stored only on your device and is sent only to that provider. The feature does nothing until you add a key.

TLS Certificates

Certificates and private keys you import or generate for HTTPS are stored on your device and are never uploaded.

Children

The app is a general-purpose developer tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Data Retention and Deletion

All app data is stored locally. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Data held by third-party providers you use (tunnel or AI) is governed by their policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
